SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another text when your order has shipped. 

Please note that due to a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping your order. Additionally, some areas are experiencing postal service disruptions beyond our control, which could further impact delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a text from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders take 2-3 weeks to process before shipping. This timeframe may vary depending on the season and is clearly labeled on each item and at checkout.  

Busy Seasons: During peak times, processing times may be extended. We will update this policy and product pages accordingly.

Delivery

Delivery Dates: Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering at least a month in advance for items needed by a specific date.

Delivery Days: We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

Order Cutoff

Orders after 1pm PST on Friday: Orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

Shipping Carriers

Carriers: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier USPS and UPS. Please contact the carrier directly with any questions or concerns.

  • Lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery. 

  • Items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
