At The Hang Loose Hut, we take pride in creating custom items tailored to your preferences. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and will address any issues related to production errors or damage.

Damages and issues
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective item. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with a description and photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Since all our products are custom-made, they are non-refundable after an order is placed. We understand this may not be ideal for everyone, but it ensures we can create unique items specifically for you. To ensure a perfect fit, please double-check our size guides before completing your purchase.

Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
