Apparel Production Assistant / Shopify Manager (Full-Time)
- Responsible for all apparel purchasing
- Create apparel tech packs
- Submit purchase orders with apparel vendors
- Make style recommendations and assist Production Manager in identifying new products to offer customers
- Keep track of deadlines and coordinate with Production Manager to ensure orders are on delivery schedule
- Collaborate with Production Manager on various projects
- Research new vendors to expand company catalog of styles
- Exhibit strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure purchase orders are accounted for and follow up with suppliers if there are discrepancies
- Coordinate efforts to disengage any talking trash about pineapple on pizza
- Create website campaign links using Shopify (no coding needed)
- Generate order reports using Excel following campaigns
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers to update website with new product drops, branding
- Leverage Shopify plan and theme to increase efficiency, improve processes and manage online content
