Apparel Production Assistant / Shopify Manager (Full-Time)

  • Responsible for all apparel purchasing
  • Create apparel tech packs
  • Submit purchase orders with apparel vendors 
  • Make style recommendations and assist Production Manager in identifying new products to offer customers 
  • Keep track of deadlines and coordinate with Production Manager to ensure orders are on delivery schedule
  • Collaborate with Production Manager on various projects
  • Research new vendors to expand company catalog of styles 
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure purchase orders are accounted for and follow up with suppliers if there are discrepancies
  • Coordinate efforts to disengage any talking trash about pineapple on pizza
  • Create website campaign links using Shopify (no coding needed)
  • Generate order reports using Excel following campaigns
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designers to update website with new product drops, branding
  • Leverage Shopify plan and theme to increase efficiency, improve processes and manage online content

Pluses 

  • Understanding of Adobe Illustrator
