With apparel and accessories, we will handle the entire process for you.
We can screen print and embroider any apparel or accessory with your sorority or fraternity artwork.
How it works:
1. Shoot a text to 949-520-0802 and we will get to work right away.
2. We will do any design work for free and can take your sketches and turn them into logos. We will then send you a mockup of what your product will look like. We have all styles and colors of shirts, hats, long sleeves, hoodies, and accessories.
3. Once you approve the design and mockup, we begin production of your apparel or accessories for your organization.

Artwork approval: Artwork will be sent to the person in charge of ordering apparel and can be confirmed through text or email. Once approved, it can be changed, but only prior to confirming the order. Colors of garments and logos can differ from screen to screen (iPhone light settings, laptop light settings etc.). If there are any issues upon receipt of apparel that matches what the customer approved and confirmed, customer will be responsible for costs associated with replacing the apparel.
Order Confirmation: Chapter orders are confirmed when quantities and sizes are sent to us and an invoice has been sent. Any changes or cancellation to an order will be subject to a change fee determined by The Hang Loose Hut and possible delays in receiving the order.
Refund Policy: **For any issues with chapter orders, we offer discounts or credits within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise**
If 72 hours have passed and the entire order has not been shipped back, the order has been accepted by the customer and no discount or credit will be issued.
Online Orders: We do not offer any returns unless item is damaged and any damage upon receiving the item must be reported in 48 hours. We are not responsible for fit issues or shipping issues or if the incorrect size or sorority has been ordered.
